Exchange & Claim Policy

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; any request submitted after this time will not be accepted. Claims are only eligible in cases of damaged or defective products, incorrect items delivered, or missing accessories or parts. Customers are required to provide clear images or videos as proof. 

It is mandatory to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery and record a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package, opening process, product, and all included accessories. No claims will be entertained without a proper unboxing video.

To initiate a claim, customers must send all required proof via the official WhatsApp (ANEX.PK) along with their order number and detailed issue description; incomplete claims will be rejected.

For an exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and accessories without any signs of misuse or tampering. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, and these charges are non-refundable.

Claims will not be accepted after 48 hours, without an unboxing video, for minor variations in color, size, or preference, or for damage caused by misuse, or for missing packaging or items. 

ANEX reserves the right to reject any invalid or fraudulent claims, and all disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Karachi courts only.
